Accessing free wifi

To get online you will need to connect to the ‘_Link Free’ network with your device. If you have not used the service before you will need to set up an account and respond to a verification code that will be sent by text to your mobile phone. Once registered, these account details can be used to log on to wifi at all our other museums, and numerous other buildings run by Brighton & Hove City Council.

This service is free of charge, and has been funded through the Super Connected Cities Programme.

For more detailed advice on connecting to our wifi service, download the WiFi Getting Started Guide v1.1 [PDF]

Please note that photography is not permitted inside the Royal Pavilion, and the wifi service should not be used for sharing photographs of your visit. Read more about our photography policy.
